A Resource and Information site for the Parents of
King’s Stanley CofE Primary School
Save King’s Stanley

On Monday 1st July 2013, the parents of our wonderful, previously ‘Outstanding’ (Ofsted) School were presented with a report from the latest Ofsted Inspection stating that the school was ‘Inadequate’ and would be put into special measures.  It quickly became obvious that the Inspection and Report appeared to be constructed in such a way so as to force it to become an Academy, in line with the Department of Education’s drive to convert schools from being run and managed by elected parent and community Governors, to industry sponsored Academies.

The Governors, Staff and Majority of Parents from the School have chosen not to be forced into becoming an Academy and this site is dedicated to providing the parents with a focal point and source of reference to galvanise our actions and determination to fight the political agenda,  which is tarnishing the hard work and dedication of the Staff and Governors of King’s Stanley CofE Primary School.

Go to Parent View to see what parents and carers have said about this school and, if your child is a pupil there, register and give us your views

Have you completed the Parent View Questionnaire to let Ofsted know your own personal views about the school?  If not, click on the link to the right and it will take you straight to the survey results, then click the Give Your Views button to complete the survey. Then Login, or follow instructions to register.

We had a lovely afternoon in the sun beneath the mature apple trees for our picnic on the school field on the penultimate day of term.  See some of the children’s messages below, click here to see some photos from the day.
